Daryl Boardman
Southern Queensland Director
Daryl has been the South Queensland director since 2006. He is the Avocados Australia representative on the Hort Innovation Industry Trade Advisory Panel (ITAP), the Marketing Strategic Investment Advisory Panel (SIAP), and Export Committees. He is also Director of Sunnyspot Packhouse and Sunnyspot Farms at Ravensbourne, and is a Director of The Avolution and Avosrus. Prior to moving into the avocado industry, Daryl was a Goondiwindi broadacre wheat and cotton farmer.I am passionate about keeping the industry profitable for all that are involved. My passion is building the export market as I see this as crucial to the profitability of the industry into the future. I have been involved on developing new markets and working to help grow an industry awareness to become export ready.
