Organic Resource Recovery Facility In 2001, REMONDIS Australia established the Organic Resource Recovery Facility (ORRF) for the Port Macquarie Hastings Council at Telegraph Point NSW. Utilising in-vessel composting technology, the ORRF converts kerbside organics and biosolids into valuable compost products which are subsequently sold to commercial and domestic users.
