Simon Kuestenmacher
In 2017 Simon, together with Bernard Salt, co-founded The Demographics Group. The group provides specialist advice on demographic, consumer and social trends for business. Simon is a columnist for The New Daily newspaper and is a contributor to The Australian newspaper. He is a prolific media commentator on demographic and data matters.

Professor Darren Lim
Darren is one of Australia’s leading experts on economic security, geoeconomics, and the intersection of economics and geopolitics. He holds a PhD (and Master’s) from Princeton University in Politics and Public Policy. We are pleased to welcome Darren Lim to Avo Connection in Adelaide, where he will share insights on the evolving global geopolitical landscape and what it means for Australian agriculture. His perspective will support industry in navigating trade risks and identifying opportunities in key export markets.

Audra Morrice
Born in Singapore to a multicultural family with Chinese and Indian heritage, Audra Morrice brings a rich, global perspective to food, culture, and storytelling. In 2012, she became a finalist on MasterChef Australia Season 4, launching an exciting career in the food industry. Since then, she has gone on to co-host and judge MasterChef Asia, serve as a judge on MasterChef Singapore, and guest judge on MasterChef Poland. She has also hosted her own cooking series, Tasty Conversations, broadcast across Australia and Asia.
