Australian Avocados Domestic Foodservice Launch a success

On 12 May 2025, Australian Avocados hosted over 70 chefs, restaurant owners and avocado industry members to a special celebration evening in honour of Australian Avocados and the many ways they elevate the plate!
The event was hosted by chef Jake Smyth and provided a great opportunity for our friends in foodservice to hear directly from our expert Avo-ficionado suppliers from around Australia on all things growing, storage, handling tips & tricks to ensure the best quality avocados, from paddock to plate. In attendance was FISHBOWL, Zambreros, Chef Miko (Masterchef Finalist Judge) and other prominent Sydney Chefs.
Menu highlights included:

🥑 Whipped avocado dip
🥑 Charred avocado
🥑 Avocado gelato
