Social Media – Influencer Collaboration
Australian Avocados continues its partnership with Chef Tom Walton on Meta and TikTok. In the upcoming series, Tom will ‘avo-fy’ viral, trending recipes through engaging, recipe-driven storytelling that inspires audiences to think, “I could do that!” This positions avocados as the delicious and nutritious hero for every meal. Kicking things off, Tom taps into the viral trend of ‘hot honey’ to create a mouthwatering guacamole, perfect for summer and festive entertaining.
Foodservice Program – Cafe Partnership
On December 9th, Australian Avocados partnered with Happyfield, a popular cafe in Sydney, to introduce a unique avocado dessert for their summer menu. This limited-edition treat, named the Australian Avocado Pistachio Dubai Chocolate Sundae, is available for just one month. Chef Jesse Orleans has crafted this delightful sundae, featuring layers of avocado cream, pistachios, magic chocolate sauce, and vanilla soft serve.
This activity is part of the Australian Avocados foodservice communications and engagement program, which seeks to inspire and educate chefs and foodservice professionals, ultimately increasing the use of Australian Avocados on menus across cafes, restaurants, pubs and quick-service-restaurants.
