Extension events coming soon!

The AV23010 extension project team continues to roll out practical learning opportunities for growers across the country, with a strong focus on practical orchard management, fruit quality, and yield performance. As part of their ongoing commitment to delivering regionally relevant extension activities, several upcoming events – including regional forums and practical workshops – are currently open for registration.

Tristate Avocado Grower Regional Forum 2026  – Yield consistency & quality

All Tristate avocado growers, orchard managers and their teams are invited to attend the 2026 regional forum. This annual event provides an opportunity to hear and discuss the latest industry updates, R&D outcomes and best practice insights.
The agenda has been developed in consultation with industry to ensure topics are relevant to local growing conditions and orchard needs, with this year’s technical theme focusing on yield consistency and fruit quality.

South QLD Avocado Sprayer Workshop 2026

Growers and sprayer operators are encouraged to register their interest in attending the final sprayer workshop delivered by the extension project team.
Registration is essential to attend as spots are limited due to practical nature of session and to ensure maximum value for participants.
These hands-on workshops are designed to help refine sprayer skills and improve application practices, supporting the long-term health and productivity of avocado orchards.
