Access the 2025 Australian Avocados FOOD SERVICE GUIDE

The 2025 version of the Australian Avocados Foodservice Guide is now available from HERE and also from the BPR Library (under ‘Other resources’). It provides information to foodservice stakeholders on how Australian avocados can add value to dishes, includes culinary techniques, information on handling and storage, seasonality, map of Australia’s growing regions, the latest health and nutrition information and more.
