Avocados Australia’s Email & Mobile Comms Survey – Results

Avocados Australia’s Email & Mobile Communications survey is now closed and the results are in. Overall satisfaction with our email and mobile communications is high. However respondents also made some suggestions for improvements that we intend to implement, one of them is to send fewer email notices.

Over 70% of survey respondents said that they only want to receive SMS texts “as required”. As this is something that we already do we will continue to follow this policy.

We have listened and we will make some adjustments in the coming weeks. From next week you will also start to see our new header images featured at the top of our email notices.
