2022 WA Avocado Research Update

 

The Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development (DPIRD) is providing a WA Avocado Research Update on the morning of 21 June at Manjimup (venue TBC). The update will see presentations by Alison Matthews, Dario Stefanelli, David Cook and Declan McCauley on new research on avocado production performed in WA by DPIRD. Alison will be providing a Six-spotted mite update. Dario will provide an update on the research program for avocados in Western Australia. Declan will present results from the Avocado supply chain feedback project, trials on avocado wet harvesting, and into monitoring of avocado flower behaviour. David Cook will round out the morning with a presentation on the latest results from his national fly pollination project.

This will be COVID-19 compliant and safe event. You MUST RSVP to attend the event. You are required to be double vaccinated to attend. If you are feeling unwell on the day, please stay home.
