Avocado growers are invited to an Avocado Study Group Workshop on Thursday 18 May 2017. Topics on the agenda include: An Industry Update, Pest Management, Planting Systems Trials, Canopy Management and the Best Practice Resource.

  • Morning location: Hudson Conference Room, Wollongbar Primary Industries Institute, 1243 Bruxner Highway Wollongbar (just west of Wollongbar town)
  • Afternoon location: Centre for Tropical Horticulture, Alstonville

Avocado growers are invited to a Study Group Workshop Meeting on Thursday 4 May 2017 at Gary Cox’s orchard, 418 Scotchy Pocket Road, Gunalda.

A warning about using your GPS to get to the venue (418 Scotchy Pocket Rd, Gunalda). Make sure you go through Gunalda. Sometimes the GPS will take you on the Wide Bay highway and you will end up on the wrong side of the Mary River with the river to ford!
