Tamborine/Northern Rivers Avocado Field Day

On Thursday 11 July Avocados Australia will present an Avocado Field Day for growers based in the Tamborine/Northern Rivers growing region that will be held at Mountain Top Avocado Farm (near Nimbin off Lodge Road in NSW). The day will include presentations on topics of relevance to growers in the region followed by an orchard walk.

AVO CONNECTIONS, the annual forum for the Australian avocado industry, will be held on Monday 3 June from 10.30am (arriving early for registration) to 4pm at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (1 Convention Centre Place, South Wharf). Blackbutt Avocado Festival 2023

 

The Blackbutt Avocado Festival or Avo-Fest is on again this year!

Avo-Fest is a free event for all ages where you can enjoy the freshest and finest avocados from professional growers and home-grown products from the region’s smaller growers. The organisers’ inaugural farmer’s market will feature a variety of home-grown products that reflect their commitment to permaculture principles and sustainability. The new management team are looking forward to hosting a vibrant new festival and carrying on the traditions that have made Avo-Fest what it is today!

It’s fun for the whole family and a great regional experience.
